Privacy policy

The security of your data is important for us. We are aware of the great responsibility it involves. That is why we have created the following privacy policy that explains what kind of information we collect, how we process it and what security measures we take.

In general, Loyals Waiter is a mobile business application that scans barcodes of loyalty passes and then attaches loyalty details to the order.

1. Personal information

  • 1.1 We read information about your loyalty card details namely loyalty card’s number in order to attache that information to the order you place in the store, restaurant, cafe, shop.

  • 1.2 We verify your loyalty status with the participating restaurant, cafe, shop in order to determine your eligibility for a particular loyalty program.

2. Application Activity
  • 2.1 We collect and temporary store anonymised history of your experience with the app, for example how you interact with the app and what pages in the app you view. The usage history is used to improve user experience and app performance. Any collected history is discarded as soon as it is not needed anymore or upon your request.

3. Data collection

  • 3.1 We collect information about your completed order including store name, total amount, individual order line items. These are essential to calculate your loyalty points and bonuses.

4. Device or other IDs

  • 4.1 We do not use and do not collect phone numbers, IMEI numbers or MAC addresses, Advertising ID etc.

  • 4.2 We use loyalty pass number scanned by the built-in barcode scanner.

5. Geo-location data

  • 5.1 We do not use any geo location information.

6. Third-Party Advertisers

  • 6.1 We do not do any advertising in the app.

7. Analytics

  • 7.1 We use a third-party service to collect anonymised analytics data. We do this to gain insights that help us to improve your experience with our app.

8. Crash reports

  • 8.1 We only use what available to us from Google as part of Android Vitals metric. No additional crash reports are collected and we do not use any third party tools for this purpose.

9. Bug reports

  • 9.1 If you send us a bug report or feedback we collect your email address and other information you provide as a part of your message only to respond to those reports.

10. Deletion requests

  • 10.1 You can request complete deletion of the data we store about you. This will cancel your participation in the relevant loyalty program. To request your account deletion please send an email to support@osmicards.com stating your loyalty pass number, name of a participating store and your name. We will delete all relevant information we keep about you and your order history.
